I went to the doctor this morning. One more centimeter dilated... so three in all. She, the doc, was trying to figure out Broomhilda's size and said it is hard to figure out since you are having a contraction. How does it feel? I'm still trying to figure out what she was talking about. I didn't feel anything besides Broomhilda having hiccups.
Her head is down. The doc is estimating 7 to 7.5 pounds. And once again she said something about not making it until next week's appointment, which is Tuesday morning and happens to be my due date. So we'll see. She gave me a few do's and don'ts to get this to go faster if I want. I told her I needed a few more days and then we would see.
Other than that, I'm just tired and trying to get a lot down around the house preparing for her arrival and to get the house in shape for the realtor to get the house on the market. So I'm glad that I have stopped working or I would be going crazy right now!!!
Oh, and I went to the DMV to have the car seat inspected. Don't get me started on that one. It is fine. We can bring her home when it is tme. But I may be buying the DMV a level.

To me, early contractions just felt like my belly getting hard. I didn't notice them lots of the time, either. If you stop and focus on it, you might can tell when it gets hard and then softens back up .
You know, this close to the end, you really should post something every day, because I keep coming here and checking, and when I see nothing, I get all antsy thinking "maybe they're on the way to the hospital!" :)
Amen
