Well... he did start feeding her while I was busy doing else. But to his defense, she wasn't helping. Or I should say she wanted to help. She kept grabbing the spoon and doing various things with it. This was also his first attempt to feed her. Then it didn't help that she started doing the "ppptthhh" all over the place and usually with a mouth full. I didn't do much better. A while after this and after I thought I cleaned her, Eric noticed sweet potatoes in her eyebrows. yummy.
It's so nice of you to defend him. :) I just asked because I know Matt used to make bigger messes than I did...with Nathan. He's gotten good at it now, though. Tip: give her a clean spoon to hold - maybe she won't grab the one with the food.
I've tried the clean spoon trick. But that one usually ends up in her mouth more than the one I'm using. Oh, and apparently she's not a green bean fan.
