I may come out of hiding

I realized this morning I have done one post since the end of April.  That was Andrew's broken collar bone, which is healed and left him with a nice size bone mass in his shoulder.  I haven't completely been hiding but can't make myself sit down long enough to write.  I am hoping this will change.

The summer has been a whirlwind.  I'll recap now and then hope to get better stories up later.  In May we said good-bye for the summer to MOPS, AWANA, and our small group bible study.  Our summer, though not planned to be, has been busy. 

The beginning of June we drove to Baton Rouge to see my family that I have not seen in years, some of them almost 20!  We ended June with Kathryn's Strawberry Shortcake 4th Birthday Party.

So far July has been just as busy.  Fireworks after a baseball game on July 3rd.  Our church's July 4th celebration.  Sending Kathryn to Grandma's & Grandpa's for an entire week! 

Plus all the daily goofyness of two kiddos and a very hyper dog has kept me on my toes.  Literally.  I think there have been days I haven't sat for more than 10 minutes at a time before they've finally passed out for the night.

Here's hoping to establishing a daily/weekly routine and getting back to being on here.  Fingers crossed!
